The vast majority of players, across every level of ability and skill, can benefit from custom fit clubs. Clubs that are fit to your particular swing will give you the best opportunity to play the game well and have more fun in the process. Our custom fitting experience is also an educational process, and even if now is not the right time for you to get new clubs, you’ll leave your appointment with a better understanding of your golf game, and what steps you need to take to improve.
Expect a casual, collaborative, and conversational experience when you come in for your first fitting appointment. Your fitter will work with you to understand your game, goals, and budget first, and then you’ll hit some shots with your current clubs which will serve as baseline measurements (if you don’t currently own a set of clubs, that’s no problem at all). After baseline measurements, your fitter will discuss relevant data with you, and then assemble various component combinations for you to test. You’ll then test different combos until your perfect fit is found.
Every player is different, so the time needed for fitting appointments can and will vary. You can expect to be working with a fitter for up to an hour and a half on an individual club, and up to four hours for a full bag. You can check out our five-step process for fitting here. Be sure to reach out to our expert fitters directly to get a more precise estimate on the time requirements of your fitting. All of our fittings are scheduled by appointment only.
We aim to fulfill most orders within 10-15 business days, but lead time will mainly be determined by product availability. There are currently industry-wide supply chain issues being caused by COVID-19, and some orders are unfortunately taking as long as 10 weeks to be fulfilled. We promise it will be worth the wait, and we’ll do everything we can to get you your new equipment as soon as possible. You can also rest assured that we’ll be able to provide you with timely updates after your order has been placed.
If you are unsatisfied with your equipment, please contact firstname.lastname@example.org within 30 days of your custom clubs being delivered to you. We will work with you to schedule a follow-up appointment and our club fitting specialists will provide complimentary adjustments to your clubs.
After you receive your complimentary adjustments, you will then have another 30 days to test your clubs. If the adjustments do not do the trick, you will have the option to receive a credit for the full amount of your original purchase to use towards new equipment, or receive a full refund, less the fitting fee cost. Damaged or misused clubs will not be refunded.
